vampire

A demonic creature who feeds upon the blood of living beings. Vampires were created by a spell written by the demon Chthon in the Book of the Darkhold. People who have become vampires or psudeo-vampires are Baron Blood (Falsworth), Morbius, Varnae, Dracula, Vampire By Night, Topher, Baroness Blood, Blade (Eric Brooks), Lilith, Daughter Of Dracula, Hannibal King, Marie Laveau, Amenhotep, Bloodscream, and others.

Vibranium

A precious extraterrestrial metal found only in meteor deposits in the African nation of Wakanda and in the Antarctic jungle of the Savage Land. Captain America's shield is made of vibranium, American Steel, and adamantium. The variation of vibranium found in the Antarctic has been dubbed Anti-Metal. Whereas vibranium absorbs all vibratory energy (i.e., sound) in its area, as well as kinetic energy directed at it, Anti-Metal produces, rather than absorbs these vibrations.

Vishanti

Triumvirate of magical entities who are invoked by magic users, encompassing Agamotto, Hoggoth, and Oshtur.

voodoo

A religion worshipping the nature spirits called the Ioa, and a system of mystical practices ultimately derived from the Ioa.
