Little is known about the background of Anton Decibel except that he was a very talented surgeon who performed various illegal surgeries. Decibel performed the surgery on Lady Lark which gave her superhuman vocal chords. He was behavior modified and elected to membership in the Squadron Supreme. Doctor Decibel died when he suffocated in Quagmire's extra-dimensional slime.
